Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is going to Conduct Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination, 2014 . SSC 10+2 Exam has questions mainly from 4 Subjects such as, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General Intelligence and General Awareness Papers. SSC LDC, DEO Syllabus 20142. Scheme of CHSL Examination : In this examination, Written Examination and Skill Test are conducted for the post of Data Entry Operator and Written Test and Typing Test for the post of Lower Division Clerk on Computer.

IV. General Awareness  - In order to test the applicant's general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society, this general awareness test is conducted. This test also tests candidate's knowledge of current events and of such topics of day-to-day observation and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of an educated individual. Along with general awareness, it also has questions related to India and its neighboring countries majorly related to History, Economic Scene, General policy, Culture Geography and scientific research.

(B) Skill Test For Data Entry Operator -  Data Entry Speed of 8,000 (eight thousand) Key Depressions per hour on Computer.The Speed of 8000 key depressions per hour on Computer will be adjudged on the basis of the correct entry of words key depressions as per the given passage. The test is for 15 minutes and and the candidate must enter the printed matter in English containing about 2000-2200 strokes/key-depressions on the Computer.
