1. Original Chalan / DD for Application Fee.
2. Nativity Proof.
3. Proof of Date of Birth.
4. Pass Certificate and copy of mark list of all parts (if passed).
5. Community Certificate & Income Certificate, if applicable (in original).
6. Inter-caste marriage certificate, if applicable (in original).
7. Attested copy of PWD certificate, if applicable.
8. Attested copy of BPL certificate for forward community, if applicable.
9. Any other documents mentioned in the notification.
9. IMPORTANT
1. Affix a recent passport size colour (studio taken) photograph with light background
(same as the one uploaded online) in the print out of application and get it
attested.
2. Despatch the application in an A4 sized envelope. Cut the Address Slip and paste it on the envelope.
