NEST Scholarship Exam 2015 www.nest.net.in | Nationwide Education And Scholarship Test : 1. The S.U. Foundation of India (SUFI) is going to conduct the Nationwide Education and Scholarship Test (NEST) especially for Science Stream Students. All the students of final year Science, engineering and medical course will be awarded with at least 20 scholarships worth Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 50,000/-. Scholarships will be given based on the performance in the online test on 26th July 2015. 2. About the test : N.E.S.T contains of two exams for 2 different sections

NEST-I 
Eligibility :First and Second Year Degree Engineering, BCA, MBBS, ESc (all) and Final Year Diploma Engineering students are eligible for this exam.

Cash Awards : Highest scorer in this category will be given Rs. 25.000  along with 5 awards of  Rs. 15.000 each.

NEST-II :
Eligibility : Only the candidates pursuing Third Year and Final Year Degree Engineering,  BCA. MBBS, BSO (Comp/ IT) students can apply.

Cash Awards : Highest scorer in this category will be awarded 40,000 along with 5 awards of  Rs. 25,000 each. 

Note: All the candidates who secured above 40% aggregate in all the five sections of the exam will be given Certificates of Appreciation.

3. Application Fee : Application Fee for this test is Rs. 500 which is to be paid via Demand Draft in favor of SEMCI INDIA payable at MUMBAI. Payment can also be made online through Credit/Debit Card / Internet Account details. The payment through DD needs to sent to the following address-

4. NEST Exam Test centres:  Ahmedabad, Aurangabad,  Bhopal, Chandigarh, Coimbatore,  Durgapur, Ernakulam (Cochin), Guwahati, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Indore, Jabalpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mumbai & Suburbs, Nagpur,  Patna,  Ranchi, Trichy,  Vishakhapatna, Agra, Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Delhi & Ncr, Goa,  Hubli,Jaipur, Vadodara, Pune,Nashik.

5. Details of scholarship :
This test is purely online test which is held or 3 hours. The test paper consists of 250 questions divided into 5 sections and all the questions carries 1 mark.

The five sections in this paper are:

1. NEST I : Physics & Chemistry  
    
NEST II : Technical groups: Choose any one A/B/C/D as mentioned below
A = Comp/lT/Elex/Telecom/Elect: 
E = Mech/Prod/Auto/Instr;
C = Civil/Cons/Arch.
D = Medical (MBBS).

NEST Results 2014 www.nestexam.in | NISER Result 2014 | National Entrance Screening Test Result 2014 : 1. For admission into in M.Sc Degree, NEST is conducted every year by NISER, Bhubaneswar. NEST 2014 was conducted on  May, 2014 and its results will be announced on 20th June, 2014. It found that more than 5 Lakhs students have appeared for NEST 2014 exam.

5. About Integrated M.Sc :
NISER has four major schools, namely Chemistry, Mathematics,  Biology and Physics and offers a 5-year integrated M.Sc. Programme in basic sciences after 10+2 years of schooling (or equivalent). Students are awarded a Master of Science degree in one of the four subjects: biology, chemistry, mathematics or physics, After successful completion of the academic requirements.

National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) had been issued the admit card or hall ticket or call Letter for National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) 2014. The NEST 2014 offline/ Online examination would be held on 31th May 2014 on Saturday at 10:00 am to 1:00 pm . National Entrance Screening Test(NEST) 2014 is a compulsory exam for all those candidates who are interested to take Admission into 5 years Integrated M.SC Programmer in basic Sciences in NISER And UM DAE CBS.  About NEST :
National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) is a compulsory test for students seeking admission to National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar and University of Mumbai - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CBS), Mumbai. Both NISER and UM-DAE CBS were set up by Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India in 2007. Their mandate is to train scientific manpower for carrying out cutting edge scientific research and for providing input to scientific programmes of Department of Atomic Energy and other applied science institutions in the country. The test is conducted in 45 centers across India. This brochure gives the detailed procedure for applying for the test, syllabus of the test and various dead lines.
