NICMAR Admissions 2014 for PG Programmes 2015 : 1. Hyderabad-based National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), construction management, project management, real estate management, infrastructure management and related industries, has announced the notification for admission to Post Graduate Diploma programs PGDM. Following are details of the program's academic year 2014-15.
1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGPACM): Offered from Pune, Hyderabad, Goa and Indore Campuses
Eligibility Criteria:-Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks
2. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM): Offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria:-Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
3. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM): Offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
4. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM): Offered from Pune Campus
This multi -disciplinary programme aims at in - depth competency development for leadership positions in rapidly growing infrastructure sector, infrastructure financing and investment organisations. The programme focuses on integrated approach to manage infrastructure projects, i.e. structuring, financing, development, execution and management.
Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
5. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying (PGP QS): Offered from Hyderabad Campus
Eligibility Criteria:-Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks
6. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Offered from Hyderabad Campus
Eligibility Criteria:-Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.
