2.Eligibility: SC/ST students studying I year M.Sc in science disciplines

Physical
Chemical
Mathematical Sciences
III year
B.E.
B.Tech or equivalent degree, during the academic year 2011-12.
3.Selection Criteria: IISc will evolve a suitable criteria for selecting the candidates for the programme.
4.Financial Support: IISc will provide Travelling allowance equivalent to II Class train fare from College/residence to IISc and back. Free boarding and lodging (on sharing basis) at IISc. Fellowship of Rs.5,000/- and a book grant of Rs.1500/-
5.Features of the Programme:
Selected candidates will work with one of the IISc Faculty members and learn various techniques used in research for a period of one month during May-June 2012.
