UPSC Civil Services Mains Admit Card 2013 : 1. Union Public Services Commission has issued the UPSC Civil Services Main exam admit card 2013 on its UPSC portal @ www.upscadmitcard.nic.in on 1st November, 2013 for those candidates who has successfully cleared the Civil Services Preliminary Examination which was held on 26th May, 2013.
