IBPS CWE 2 RRB Recruitment 2013 Online Application Form Exam Date Sept - Oct 2013 Exam Registration Online Start - 1. IBPS RRB II Recruitment 2013 - For the recruitment of  PO (General Banking Officers and Specialist Officers (Scale I, II and III) and Office Assistants(Multipurpose) posts IBPS has declared the ONLINE CWE for RRBs. This CWE is conducted for two times and this notification is for second CWE for recruitment in RRBs. This second CWE for RRBs is online test where as the first CWE  was a paper based test. In 2012, total number of banks that have participated is 62, as against 82 for the first CWE for RRB.

(A) Key Dates :
  • 28th September 2013 / 29th September 2013/ 5th Oct 2013 / 6th October 2013 : Tentative date of exam - Office Assistant 21th September 2013/ 22nd September  2013 : Officers
  • 4th July 2013 to 25th July 2013- Online registration window
  • From 4th July 2013 to 25 July 2013 candidates can make their Online fee payment
  • From 6th July 2013 to 30th July 2013 candidates can make  Offline fee payment
  • Call letters for Officer Scale-I, II & III can be downloaded after 10th September 2013 and for Office Assistants can be downloaded after 17th September 2013.
  • Results will be declared on : 5th November 2013
(B) Eligibility Criteria (as on 01-07-2013): Age :
  • A person should be between 21 years and 40 years to be eligible for the post of Scale III Officer.
  • A candidate's age should be in between 21 and 32 years to meet the eligibility for Scale II Officer.
  • Any candidate between the age group 18 and 28 is eligible for Scale I Officer
  • An Office Assistant must have - 18 - 28 years
  • Relaxation in age for reserved category according to government rules.
Education qualification : 
  • Candidate must have Degree and Proficiency in local language ( Should have passed local language as one of the subject in 10th ) to be eligible for Office Assistants and Scale - I Officer post.
  • Degree with 50% marks in aggregate is must for Scale III Officer post
  • For Scale II Officer i.e, Specialists Officer General Banking: Professional qualifications are mentioned in the official notification.
  • Degree with 50% marks in aggregate is compulsory for Scale II Officer - General Banking Officer.
(C) Details of Application fee:
  • The application fee for Scale I, II and III Officers -is Rs 100 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs 600 for other candidates.
  • Rs 100 should be paid as application fee for SC/ST/PWD and Rs 600 for others for Office Assistants posts

2. Span of examination :For Specialist Officers it is 3 hours and for rest other posts it is 150 minutes.

3. Minus Marking : For every wrong answer, 0.25 of the marks total marks assigned to that particular question will be deducted.

4. Cut off Score : Every student who has appeared for the test must score  minimum standard marks in each of the tests and TWSS.

5. CWE Score :On the official website of IBPS, all the information related to candidate such as registration no., roll no., password etc will be available.

6. Validity of CWE scores : IBPS scores will be valid for one year from the date of display date mentioned on the IBPS website. During this period only the candidate will be called for the recruitment exercises.

Note -1 : It is to be noted that IBPS will not conduct common interviews for RRBs. Every  RRB that is participating must issue a separate recruitment notification.This notification must include number of vacancies, eligibility criteria and other details as desired by particular RRBs.

Note -2 : Though the candidate is allowed to apply only for one post in officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III, he/she will also be eligible to apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Post of Officer.

 Visit the IBPS's website www.ibps.in and click on the Home Page. Now open "Common Written Examination for RRBs" link and then click on  "CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE RRBs- OFFICE ASSISTANTS (Multipurpose) September/October 2013" or "CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE- RRBs- OFFICERS (Scale-I, II and III) September 2013"  . This opens the On- Line Application Form. Application process is strictly online or offline and any other processes will not be entertained in any way.
