UGC NET Exam Schedule 2013 has been released by University Grants
Commission, where you can find the Important Dates of Entrance Exam.

The Commission will held the NET (National Eligibility Test) for Junior
Research Fellowship and Lectureship. This exam is held by UGC twice in a
year and in the month of June and December.
3. UGC NET Entrance Exam 2013 is going to be held on 29th December, 2013 (Sunday). Hence all the candidates must go through the below article to do well in the exam.

5. Eligibility: Candidates must have 4 years program/BE/B.Tech/B.Pharma/MBBS/ Integrated BS - MS/M.Sc or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks for general and OBC (50% for SC/ST Applicants, physically and Visually Handicapped Applicants). M.Sc applicants may also apply.
6. Age Limit: Candidate should be below 28 years of age as on 01st June 2013. No upper age limit is given for Lectureship eligibility.
7. UGC NET Exam Pattern:
Question paper consists of three parts:
Part 1: General Aptitude based on series formation, logical reasoning, analytical, numerical ability, graphical analysis, quantitative comparison, puzzles etc. This section is common for everyone.
Part 2: In this part you find questions related to Mathematics & Engineering Aptitude questions. All of them will be in MCQs pattern.
Part 3: Here you can find scientific concepts and / or application of the scientific concepts. Scientific knowledge to arrive at the solution to the given scientific problem to solve these questions. .
